Event Details
Aromatic, lightly prepared dishes are the signature of Thai cuisine. Learn how to create authentic, aromatic Thai dishes using authentic ingredients.
The course will run from 12 pm to 5pm. Complimentary glass of Prosecco or Thai beer served upon arrival.
The course will cover :-
– Basic Thai ingredients
– Thai Red curry paste
– Thai Red chicken curry
– Vegetable spring rolls
– Thai steamed pork dumplings
– Pad See Ew

I've been cooking Asian cuisine since I was 17, with experience across Malaysia, Thailand, China, and Hong Kong.
Turning a passion into a profession, I launched Swaledale Thai Cookery.
I am lucky to live and work in beautiful Swaledale, where I show people how to create delicious meals using only natural ingredients.
In today’s fast-paced world of processed foods and additives, we believe in going back to basics with fresh, authentic Thai cooking - rich in flavour and aroma.
Cooking is all about confidence, and our aim is to inspire others to enjoy preparing real food for both family and friends.
